A permanent index of the web
A permanent numbered seat for your website, $2.00 once. It stays yours.
Permanent seat
Your site lives in the public index, at that number, permanently.
Banner Network
Four slots per banner, distributed fairly among participating websites.
Your seat is complete without the network, and cancelling the network never touches the number.
The Rotate Board
Ten fictional websites on the reserved .example domain, shown so you can see how a numbered seat reads. None of these are real companies, and none is a paying member.

What a seat is
This is a real seat from the Board above, exactly as its owner sees it. The history is append-only: it only ever grows, and nothing in it can be rewritten.

Questions
A permanently numbered place for your website in a public, append-only index. You pay once and keep the number: it comes with a public seat page, a place on the Board, and a turn on the Stage.
Yes. The seat is yours permanently and it does not renew, expire or change price. Cancelling the Banner Network, if you ever join it, does not affect your seat in any way.
No. It is a separate, optional subscription. A seat is a complete product on its own, and every seat takes its turn on the Stage whether or not its owner is a Banner Network member.
Your banner stops being selected for rotation, and your permanent seat is untouched — the number, the receipt, the Board and the Stage all stay exactly as they are. Anything you have already paid for keeps running to the end of the period you paid for.
Yes, at any time, on the same seat. There is no second seat fee and no waiting period, and your seat number does not change.
No. Recovery is by email, from the link in the footer of every page. It is deliberately not behind the manage page itself, so the thing you lost is never what you need in order to get it back.
No. Rotate sells eligibility for fair rotation, not an audience. Actual exposure depends on the valid traffic and impressions generated by the participating network, and no impression, click or ranking is promised.
$2.00 once, for a permanent numbered seat. The Banner Network is optional and comes later, if you want it.
